A seat gives a single user access to Risk Warden based on their role and specific permissions within the platform. Seats are assigned to directors, managers, assessors, and system administrators. See “What is a lite seat” below for more information.

Lite seats are intended for admin assistants, quality assurers, and validators who do not need full access to Risk Warden.

The main difference between full and lite seats is that lite seat users support full-seat users by creating customers, properties, validating assessments, etc. This means that lite seat users cannot conduct assessments, write reports, access analytics, or create custom analytics.

Different subscription plans provide access to specific features and allowances based on your customer’s requirements.
